ضمن مشروع مكانتي.. عقد منتدى الاعلاميات العراقيات iwjf ،وبالتعاون مع شبكتي صوتها والنخبة، يوم الخميس الموافق ٣ فبراير ، ندوة بشأن ورقة سياسات( مشاركة المرأة في ادارة المؤسسات الاعلامية) واليات التشبيك والمناصرة .
افتتحت الندوة من قبل رئيسة منتدى الاعلاميات دكتورة نبراس المعموري موضحة الغاية من تنظيم الندوة واهمية التعاون والتشبيك المشترك لغرض تمكين المرأة الاعلامية وتعزيز مشاركتها في صنع القرار .
من جانبها استعرضت رئيسة شبكة النخبة للتنمية والتطوير السيدة زينب الغرابي رؤيتهم بصدد الورقة التي اعدها منتدى الاعلاميات وكيفية اعداد حملة مناصرة ومدافعة لتاييد ما ورد فيها من نتائج وتوصيات.
اما المدير التنفيذي لشبكة صوتها للمدافعات عن حقوق الانسان السيدة نور نبيه اكدت على اهمية عقد ورش توعوية وتثقيفية في المحافظات واقليم كردستان بشأن ادوار النساء في الادارة والمشاركة وابدت استعداد الشبكة للتعاون بهذا الصدد.
هذا وكان هناك مداخلة للنائب انتصار الجبوري حيث اشارت الى اهمية الرصد والتقييم والمتابعة ودور الجهات الرقابية بمدى التزام الاطراف المعنية بهذا الملف .
تضمنت الندوة مشاركة لمستشار وزارة الثقافة الاستاذ جبار الشويلي وكذلك عضو شبكة تحالف قرار ١٣٢٥ السيدة وايليت كوركيس اضافة الى ممثلة معهد المرأة القيادية السيدة ايمان عبد الرحمن .
واختتمت الندوة بعد فتح باب النقاش بكيفية تنفيذ ورقة السياسات بالتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية وبالتعاون مع شبكتي النخبة وصوتها.

IWJF holds a seminar to support the participation of women in the management of media institutions.
Within My Place Project, the Iraqi women Journalists’ Forum, in cooperation with the Al-Nokhba network, held on Thursday, February 3th, a seminar on the policy paper (women participation in media institutions management), and discussed the mechanisms of networking and advocacy.
The seminar was started by the president of the forum, Dr. Nibras Al-Mamory, explaining the purpose and the importance of cooperation and joint networking to empower women in media and enhance their participation in decision-making.
On the other hand, the president of Al-Nokhba network for development, Mrs. Zainab Al-gharabi, reviewed their vision regarding the paper prepared by the forum and how to prepare an advocacy campaign to support the results and implement the recommendations stated in it.
The executive director of Sawatoha Network for women rights defenders, Ms. Nour Nabih, stressed the importance of holding educational workshops to raise awareness in the provinces and Kurdistan region on the roles of women participation in management and expressed the Network interest to cooperate in this regard.
Along with participation by the MP Intisar Al-Jubouri, where she pointed out the importance of monitoring, evaluation, and following-up, and the important role of the Regulatory authorities to measure the commitment of the concerned parties.
The advisor of the Ministry of Culture, Mr. Jabar al-shiwaily, the member of Resolution 1325 Network, Ms. Willette Korkis, and the representative of the Women Leadership Institute, Mrs. Iman Abdulrahman, have also participated in the seminar.
After discussion, the seminar concluded with how to implement the policy paper in coordination with government agencies and Al-Nokhba and Sawtaha Networks.
It is worth mentioning that Makanaty project #MakanatiMedia is a collaborative project sponsored by the Canal France International CFI, The Kurdistan Center for studies and media, and the Iraqi Women Journalists’ Forum.
